Careers
Build the
command layer.
We are a small team building software that flies real aircraft. If you want your work to leave the screen and get into the air, we would like to hear from you.
The work
Close to the whole system.
- 01 / 03
Own a meaningful part
Work on the console, the integration gateway, the navigation stack or the simulation environment.
- 02 / 03
Connect code to flight
Follow your change from software tests, through simulation, to aircraft trials.
- 03 / 03
Build across disciplines
Work where software, robotics and operator needs meet.
Open roles
Where you could fit.
- Locations
- Singapore and Europe
- Teams
- Autonomy, Vehicles, Console, Simulation, Operations, Business
- Open roles
- 6, all full-time
AutonomyAutonomy Engineer, Perception and Navigation
Own the onboard stack that lets each aircraft map, plan and fly safely without GPS: occupancy mapping, the safety guardian, route planning and visual-inertial navigation.
What you will do
- Develop 3D occupancy mapping from depth and stereo cameras on ARM64 compute
- Improve the stopping-corridor safety guardian and supervised trajectory execution
- Integrate visual-inertial odometry and evaluate it in simulation and on hardware
- Build the test harnesses that prove a change helped before it flies
What you bring
- Strong C++ and Python, and production experience with ROS 2
- Depth in at least one of SLAM, VIO, motion planning or state estimation
- Experience moving code from simulation onto real robots or aircraft
Also useful
- PX4 offboard control
- Luxonis OAK-D or similar stereo sensors
- Multi-agent planning
VehiclesRobotics Software Engineer, Flight Integration
Connect new airframes to the platform. You will own the hardware gateway between the console and PX4 and ArduPilot flight controllers.
What you will do
- Extend the gateway that speaks MAVLink to PX4 and ArduPilot vehicles
- Own preflight health checks, onboard failsafes and the takeover path to the pilot
- Bring up new airframes, radios and payloads from bench to first hover
- Keep simulation and hardware on one command contract
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with PX4 or ArduPilot, MAVLink and flight-controller configuration
- Strong Python or C++ and comfort with serial, radio and network links
- A safety-first approach to arming, failsafes and field testing
Also useful
- SiK or mesh radio experience
- Gazebo and SITL
- Embedded Linux on companion computers
ConsoleFull-Stack Engineer, Command and Control
Build the console operators use to plan, command and debrief missions: real-time maps, mission planning and the decisions that matter in the moment.
What you will do
- Build planning and live-operations features in TypeScript, React and Next.js
- Render dense, real-time mission state on 2D and 3D maps with MapLibre
- Design operator workflows with field users, from authorisation prompts to debrief
- Own the data model and services behind missions, fleets and audit logs on Postgres
What you bring
- Professional experience shipping TypeScript applications end to end
- Care for interaction design in high-stakes, information-dense interfaces
- Experience with real-time data: websockets, streaming or telemetry
Also useful
- GIS and map rendering
- Offline-first or air-gapped deployments
- Defence or emergency-services software
SimulationSimulation Engineer
Every mission is rehearsed before it flies. Build the simulators that make that true, from lightweight browser worlds to Unreal Engine 5 and Gazebo.
What you will do
- Develop sensor, radio and vehicle models across Unreal Engine 5 and Gazebo
- Script scenarios for surveillance, strike and interception rehearsal
- Keep the simulators on the same wire contract as real hardware
- Measure simulation fidelity against flight logs
What you bring
- Experience with Unreal Engine or Gazebo in a robotics or defence context
- Strong C++ or Python
- Working knowledge of vehicle dynamics and sensors
Also useful
- PX4 SITL
- ROS 2 bridges
- Procedural world generation
OperationsFlight Test Engineer
Plan and run the flight tests that turn software into proven capability, from first hover to multi-aircraft missions.
What you will do
- Plan, brief and run flight tests safely, and own the test records
- Build, maintain and configure test airframes and ground equipment
- Feed findings back to engineering with logs, video and clear reports
- Keep test sites, permits and procedures in order
What you bring
- Experience operating multirotor UAS in a professional setting
- Comfort configuring flight controllers, radios and batteries
- A disciplined, safety-first approach
Also useful
- Remote pilot licence
- Military or emergency-services background
- Fixed-wing experience
BusinessDefence Partnerships Lead
Build relationships with operators, primes and drone manufacturers, and turn their requirements into trials and programmes.
What you will do
- Develop relationships with defence users, primes and airframe makers
- Shape trials and demonstrations with the engineering team
- Bring operator requirements back into the roadmap
- Navigate procurement and export processes with partners
What you bring
- Experience in defence technology sales, partnerships or programmes
- Credibility with operators and technical teams alike
- Fluency in English; another European language is valuable
Also useful
- UAS or C2 programme experience
- Military service
- Experience with European defence funding
Applications go through our contact form, where you can attach your CV and a short note about your work. Some roles involve defence programmes and may require security vetting.
